Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Shajghor. We aim to provide premium décor products for your home, office, or studio. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Immediate Return at Delivery

  • Customers must check the product in presence of the delivery rider at the time of delivery.
  • If there is any visible damage, defect, or incorrect product, you must return it immediately to the rider.
  • Once the rider leaves, we will consider the product as accepted in good condition.

2. Later Complaints

  • If you notice an issue after delivery, you must inform us immediately via email at [email protected] or through our support contact.
  • While we do not guarantee acceptance of returns after the rider has left, we will try our best to resolve the issue based on the situation (e.g., partial replacement, repair, or discount).

3. Eligibility for Return

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The product was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The product is unused and in original packaging (if reported later).

4. Refund Process

  • If a return is approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method or as store credit within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for return or refund.
